About the role:
This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role responsible for building and scaling a new business vertical from the ground up. 
International Business Development Exposure Preferred.
 

Key responsibilities include:

• Identifying the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and creating a targeted account list based on market research and business priorities.
• Identify and generate relevant business opportunities in digital product services (Web, Mobile Applications, SaaS, etc)
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including:
  • Lead qualification
  • Requirement understanding
  • Proposal sharing
  • Deal closure
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial discussions
• Coordinate and schedule client meetings (calls and face-to-face)
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term engagement
• Collaborate with internal teams (technology, design, delivery) to ensure smooth project execution
• Support in building and managing a qualified sales pipeline
• Taking full ownership of business development outcomes, revenue generation, and market expansion initiatives within a greenfield environment.

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Project Coordinator with strong Agile/Scrum expertise and excellent communication skills to lead end-to-end mobile and web app development projects at RipenApps. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving successful delivery across multiple concurrent projects while ensuring quality, collaboration, and client satisfaction.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project delivery across mobile and web application projects.
• Create, manage, and track project plans, timelines, sprints, and milestones.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Act as the primary client point of contact, ensuring clear communication, expectation management, and timely updates.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing resources and resolving bottlenecks.
• Ensure quality releases, adherence to scope, and delivery timelines.
   

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in IT project management, preferably in mobile/web app development.
• Strong understanding of the app development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Technical understanding of mobile technologies (iOS, Android, Flutter), APIs, cloud, and QA processes.
