About the role:
This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role responsible for building and scaling a new business vertical from the ground up. 
International Business Development Exposure Preferred.
 

Key responsibilities include:

• Identifying the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and creating a targeted account list based on market research and business priorities.
• Identify and generate relevant business opportunities in digital product services (Web, Mobile Applications, SaaS, etc)
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including:
  • Lead qualification
  • Requirement understanding
  • Proposal sharing
  • Deal closure
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial discussions
• Coordinate and schedule client meetings (calls and face-to-face)
• Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term engagement
• Collaborate with internal teams (technology, design, delivery) to ensure smooth project execution
• Support in building and managing a qualified sales pipeline
• Taking full ownership of business development outcomes, revenue generation, and market expansion initiatives within a greenfield environment.

About the Role:
We're looking for a talented UI/UX Designer who can independently manage the complete design lifecycle for web and mobile applications.

Key Requirements:

• Strong expertise in UI/UX design for web & mobile apps
• Proficiency in Figma and other design tools
• Experience creating wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Ability to own projects end-to-end with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and visual design aesthetics
• Experience handling client calls, requirement gathering, and design presentations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Understanding of usability, accessibility, and responsive design principles

About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst with 2–3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing business requirements, creating functional documentation, coordinating with stakeholders, and supporting project delivery. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from clients and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and other functional documentation.
• Support project planning, requirement prioritization, and delivery tracking.
• Work closely with Agile/Scrum teams and actively participate in sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily discussions.
• Leverage AI-powered platforms to generate business insights, identify patterns, and support decision-making.
• Assist in product strategy development, user persona creation, and solution recommendations using data-driven approaches.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly understood and successfully delivered.

Required Skills:

• 2–3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT services, software development, or product-based environments.
• Strong understanding of requirement gathering and business analysis techniques.
• Experience in creating BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, process flows, and functional specifications.

About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliances, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with GST, TDS, ROC compliances, Income Tax Returns, Tax Audits, and strong working knowledge of MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting entries and maintain accurate books of accounts.
• Prepare and file GST returns including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and perform GST reconciliation.
• Manage TDS compliance, including deduction, challan payments, return filing, and issuance of Form 16 / 16A.
• Handle ROC compliances, filings, and related documentation.
• Prepare and file Income Tax Returns (ITR) for applicable entities.
• Assist in Tax Audits and coordinate with auditors to provide required documents and clarifications.
• Prepare MIS reports and financial data using MS Excel.
• Perform bank reconciliation, GST reconciliation, TDS reconciliation, and ledger reconciliation.
• Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory compliance requirements within defined timelines.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 2 years of experience of GST, TDS, ROC compliances, Income Tax, and Tax Audit.
• Sound understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
